But I gotta have faith

I have decided that maybe I just have to have a little faith about things. This semester is going to be rough, but I just have to have faith that everything will be ok, and that I will do the best that I can. I got an email today from one of my professors last semester, and it had an opportunity to intern with the Baltimore Orioles. I'm not much of a baseball person, but it would be an AMAZING opportunity, and no matter what it would be a resume builder! I guess I never realized when I decided photography was what I wanted to do that there was so much that could be done with it.

I am so excited to go back to MICA, and start working on my art again. I just think that's when I'm really happy. I mean sometimes I complain about it, and that it's taking up all of my life, but I really do enjoy it. I guess that's why I'm a photography major huh? I guess some things in my life are just starting to fall into place is all. All of these little pieces are starting to come together, and I'm really starting to enjoy it.

Coming to an end

So as this break comes to an end, and people begin to return to school, I realize how happy I really am when I'm home. I had an amazing break! I got to spend time with my family, ring in the new year with two of my favorite people, spend numerous amounts of time with my 3 best friends, and everything in between. Now of course there were things that weren't so good. One of my good friends had to have her tonsils out, I got strept, and someone I went to high school with passed away. But sometimes you have to look at the positives, because they more often than not are better :)
I had an amazing break with my friends though. I have even more inside jokes with them, and I could not possibly ask for better friends.
